Tastes

Lovely molasses on the nose. Flavor is pleasantly sweet with caramel, vanilla and bitter with molasses and oak. Moderate heat that makes for very enjoyable sipping. Makes an excellent rum-cake.

Sweet caramel and fruit on the nose. Flavor reflects in kind. I tasted apricot mainly. Sickeningly sweet with moderate heat on the tail.

Molasses and caramel on the nose. Initial taste is sweet but quickly gives way to heat and a very potent chemical/alcoholic experience.
