Little to no hints from the nose. I guess I need to work on that. Sweet first impression that slides into something like black raspberry without the tartness. Finish was slightly bitter on the back of the tongue and throat, but not unpleasantly so.

Cotton candy with ethanol notes on the nose. Very sweet on the tongue when first sipped. Reminded me of a peach mead in the mid-taste. Finish is clean and slightly dry. Short aftertaste.

Almost no nose to this. Mere hints of marshmallow and cream on the nose. Foretaste is light caramel which fades to a toasted almond. The finish is marshmallow and wood char with lingering alcohol burn. You would not expect this to be 100 proof.

Pleasant vanilla with a hint of smoke on the nose. Initial sweetness gives way to a spiciness and oak which fades to a lingering finish reminiscent of fruitcake.

Citrus and floral notes on the nose with the standard pine smell from the juniper being slightly muted. The cucumber comes out in the aftertaste especially in a gin and tonic. But the flavor is such that adding lime would be ill advised as it would detract from the experience.

A pleasantly smoky whiskey, not from smoking the grain like scotch but more of a barbecue smoke. Makes a wonderful Old Fashioned when paired with smoked maple syrup and aromatic bitters.
