I think I just got a bad batch. They cut too far into the tails and got the moldy asparagus note.

Nose: green apple, ripe banana/banana nut bread, fake cinnamon Taste: maybe I'm just off today, but I can't place any specific notes on the taste beyond a simple powdered sugar

Classic standard bourbon in all the right ways. Oak and vanilla dominate, with some baking spices in the background. Sweet but slightly musty corn is very present as well. Basically, it's a perfect middle of the road bourbon. And for the price, I don't know that there's a better quality bourbon out there

Largely classic bourbon notes, but my favorite flavor is something that I often don't notice for a couple minutes after taking a sip. I get a strong taste of chocolate covered coffee beans. Very unique.
