Creamy Caramel on the tongue with a slight spice finish mixed with red apple. Really smooth drinking. A little thin but pretty nice sipper for a $30 bottle.

I smell wheat and cinnamon on the nose. For taste I get a lot of oak and wheat with this one. I think I'm maybe not a fan of wheated bourbon. Little too much oak for my taste.

Strong rye spice on the nose with Caramel sweetness. Mouthfeel is rich and full with strong rye flavor and old style candy caramel sweetness. Lingering cinnamon on the finish. My new favorite Manhatten whiskey.
