Tastes

Sweet, wonderful nose. Light fruit, chocolate start, middle of wood, sherry. Dry medium finish. Slight burn. Few drops of water takes off some fruit up front but makes a longer rounded flavor profile before drying out with the sherry finish.

Smooth. Apple, pear

Walnuts followed by chocolate.
