Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire was released countrywide in March 2015 after a brief three state limited release. It is made from a blend of Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey and Jack's original cinnamon liqueur.

    Herbal and/or spiced liqueurs make up a bulk of the liqueur family. Oftentimes the recipe or formula is top secret and decades if not centuries old and were created for “medicinal purposes.” Any type of liquor can form the base. Sugar is added prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes

"Cloying sweet nose with obvious cinnamon and undertones of cherry, vanilla and oak. Palate is initially dominated by sugar which fades quickly into hot cinnamon. The whiskey base is evident but not a focus. Finish is medium-length, sweet, hot cinnamon and smokey."
