Tastes

Lot of fruit notes on the nose, which gives way to a sweet pour with notes of vanilla. Very easy drinking. Finish is quick with more citrus fruit at the very end.

Cherry and cinnamon on the nose, with even more coming through on the taste. Very balanced between sweet and spice notes. Finish is sweet with hints of maple.

Sweet corn nose with hints of citrus fruit. Corn continues on the taste with more fruit. Finish is quick.

Carmel corn on the nose with a little burn. Baking spice, vanilla, and baking spices on the palate. Finish is a bit dry, but mild.

Sweet nose with hints of toffee and Polish coffee cake. Taste brings out some of the caramel notes with a nice spice to it. Finish is lasting and rich.

Definitely a good starter bourbon. Corn on the nose with spice and vanilla. Taste reminds me of banana nut bread if a couple apples made their way into the mix. Wish the finish would last a little longer. Overall a very good pour and something to give someone just starting out with bourbon.
