Tastes

Bold. Not overly complex. Soft on the palate. Classic bourbon flavors. Dark red fruit - cherries, sweet, some oak, baking spice, cloves. Taste like cherry coke at first sip. First sip is pretty mind blowing, but chasing the dragon isnt yielding much after.

Peanuty caramel rye with a little oak. If you dont like rye but love bourbon this could be for you.

Brown sugar water. If you can buy it for less than 50 bucks go for it.

Caramel, vanilla, baking spice, clove, a little oak. Rich. Truly great. I havent had any other bourbons in this price range that can even come close. ECBP beats out 99% of ‘hyped up’ bourbon out there.

Decent for price. Way better than the 8. But it feels loke the blend didnt really want to ‘mix’. Meaning it tastes like a 15yr and an 8yr. Honey, sugar, oak. Finish lacks.

Watery and has one note. Oak. Terrible. Evan Williams BiB is a quarter of the price and Ian actually enjoyable.

Oak heavy with vanilla and caramel on the back end, maybe a little cherry.
