    An absolute banger, definitely one of the best 10 yo there is on the market. Spices, fruits and jammy notes on the one hand; caramel, vanilla and “rum”-mish tones on the other. Balance, warmth and overall integrity of vibrant details are just on another level.

    Nice, warm, a little bit in character with sometimes extreme alcohol notes. But still a solid stuff with lots of caramel/chocolate/toffee nuances, less of a fruit style.

    Smooth, vibrant, but never lacks a character - vanilla, fresh bakery, cinnamon. One of the best 10s on the market. Probably not the best value among the 10s though.

    Interesting how the tastes change throughout the years as there was time when I considered WR something distinguished. It’s still a decent bourbon. Nice to finish your day off and switch your stress to something nice. Nothing more than that. The splash of water is mandatory.

    “Negroni”-style Lagavulin. Joking but only to some extent. Peaty and smoky, but extensively fruity, longing with caramel coating, it’s buring you under a massive cold rock that feels like a soft warm blanket. Yes, something like that. Always underestimated QA, now never won’t.

    Great young NAS (actually it’s 1 YO) Calvados. Transaprent in “colour” what can push a customer away, but still a good example of an unaged and unoaked calvados. Nice balance and noble nature.
