Pour/Color: Tawny, Brownish-orange Nose: Apple, butterscotch, honey/light maple syrup, pear/peach, charred oak Taste/Palette: Oily and sweet, vanilla, butterscotch; leather; short-mid, smooth finish, leaves tongue tingling Best neat or with a couple drops of water.

Pour/Color: medium-red amber, like a winter/red ale Nose: super sweet grain, Butterscotch, leather, citrus fruits, berry fruits Taste/Palette: immediate thick, smooth sweetness on lips and front of tongue; follow by butterscotch; fruity (plums? Berries?) and smooth/buttery through mid and on; thick, oily mouthfeel; moderate/lingering/astringent sour finish with red hots; leaves mouth watering
