Tastes

A really nice smooth rich flavour. Very aromatic on the nose, and to my senses slightly smoky, however dominated by a honey or toffee. The honey / malt comes through in tasting, which was really pleasant, followed by some spice. A real malty, nutty finish. Yum!

Sweeter honeyed scent supported by a light peat. Sweet but zesty. Tasting further supports a light peaty, smoky palette, but with a honeyed pleasurable taste. The spice is really present but not overpowering. Less peaty finish, with a real reminder of the bourbon from the cask
