I really like this. It sets itself apart from your typical Bourbon. 100% corn I expected it to be more sweet and oily. It is sweet, but nice and smooth. It has a nice smokey flavour that really stands.

Very smooth and well balanced. Quite sweet.

Very nice. On the nose, it's quite fruity with hints of vanilla and orange zest. The taste is full and well rounded. Again, quite fruity with a subtle vanilla - chocolate. There's a spice on the finish that is very nice.

Solid pour. I definitely get a lot of the Rye notes, a good cinnamon and spice. Well balanced with a nice vanilla and honey.

Very nice. Smooth when neat. I really pick up a buttery, caramel with just a slight oily finish. It rolls out with a lingering spice. This is my example of what a good Bourbon should taste like.

A nice Bourbon style, Canadian whiskey. A little harsh on the nose, but notes of honey and vanilla. I wish it had aged a little longer than 3 years as it would really mellow. On the pallette its quite well balanced blend of sweet and spicy. Definitely an orange and vanilla, but probably not as much caramel as a traditional Bourbon.

Bold and spicy, but not quite as hot as Knob Creek Small Batch. This is really good for the price if you want something with a bit of punch.

Very nice. Dill and molasses seem to be the primary flavours. Definitely a darker Rye. Liking this!
