If you like the single barrel, this is just a step up. Even at 66% abv, it's surprising not overpowering, but definitely add some water. Huge vanilla caramel. Quite sweet.

Definitely better than the Small Batch. Rich, full and spicy. Lots of caramel. Layers to explore.

It lives up to the hype. Rich and a little oily. Initially vanilla and caramel, but then layers of chocolate orange and a little leather. Very pleasant!

There's a lot going on for a 10 year old. Fruity and smokey. There's a lot to love here.

Red apple nose. Cream and vanilla on the pallette. Bolder than Red Breast 12, but probably not as smooth.

Where this ends up is somewhere unique. The combination of Bourbon and Rye gives something rich, full, and spicy.

Dill pickle on the nose. Rich and full. Lots of honey and vanilla. There's a real complexity here that takes some time to pull apart. Definitely a winner.

Very good, but too pricey. It's like a smokey Bourbon.

Blind taste. Green apple on the nose with a hint of smoke. Red apple on taste with smoke and leather. A little raisin too. Thought this was an Irish whiskey. Very smooth even with a higher proof.

It's a good choice, but just a bit sharp. Sweet and flavourful.
