Laphroaig Triple Wood
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedQuite nice, but a bit too peaty for my palette. Quite sweet and smokey. You get a sweet and savory meat flavour.
Highland Park 12 Year Viking Honour
Peated Single Malt — Islands, ScotlandTastedA super good way to enter peated Scotch. Nice smokey vanilla flavour without getting too meaty.
Russell's Reserve 10 Year Bourbon

Woodford Reserve Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedNice. Vanilla and orange on the nose. A more oaky and orange taste. Quite rich.
W.L. Weller Special Reserve
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedFull and rich. Very sweet. I get a lot of caramel apple.
Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition

Compass Box Peat Monster (Classic Brown Label)
Peated Blended Malt — ScotlandTastedThere's a lot going on here. Smokey for sure, but it builds rather than just up front. Other complexities that I'm not going to attempt to describe... A lot to like.
