Bourbon — Colorado, USA
Reviewed February 22, 2020 (edited April 8, 2020)Oily start, lots of smoke and flavor in the mid. Ends with a barbecue flavor, smoked wood and oily coat. Good with food -
very bright round smell, with heavy sweet oak. Hints of cherry. Initial taste is brown sugar and fruit, mellows out to spice quickly. oily coating. Finishes mid length, smooth down the throat and hint of smoke on the breath. Lasting peppercorn and alcohol burn. Creamy fruit left over after a while. Overall really impressive, a little too alcoholic on the end but makes up for it with initial brightness
