Especially smooth for its young age. Finishes with a raisiny taste similar to fine cognac.

Passoã is an excellent ingredient in tiki cocktails, despite it being a completely different color from real passion fruit.

The Distiller tasting notes describe the finish as short and bitter. I can agree on the bitter, but I highly disagree on the short. Aperol belongs in cocktails, where that bitterness disappears into the flavors it’s mixed with. On its own, that bitterness coats my tongue and stays there for minutes.

    Like if Jack’s Daniel’s got a glow-up.

As the Distiller tasting notes suggested, this rum is incredibly hot on the palate, and nothing much besides acetone comes through. I’ve been a fan of Kenny Chesney my whole life, but unfortunately Blue Chair Bay was honestly a disappointment.

Excellent unaged whiskey! Less percentage of corn than other “moonshine,” but it’s still got that corn sweetness that I love. Mixes perfectly with Mountain Dew, and paired with a spoonful of honey, it gets rid if any and all sore throats.
