Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedZero burn. As I would expect for a 21 yr. delicious and rich served neat. A cube brings out a nice peat flavor.
Stagg Jr. Barrel Proof Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedVery “hot” neat - much nicer with a few cubes. Full flavor - not my top choice for a bourbon though. Mostly because of the burn.
Auchentoshan 18 Year
Single Malt — Lowlands, ScotlandTastedI don’t tend to like scotch neat, but this one was very nice both neat and on an ice cube. Dense flavor profile. Lingering Carmel taste.
