Very mellow. Light spice. Smooth. Awesome daily drinker and probably a fantastic mixer as it’s non dominant. On ice is light sweet and small spice.

Sweet smelling. Straight it tastes sweet smooth and light. Little to no bite but some burn. On ice it’s a great sipper. A little oaky and some caramel. Very mellow nice drinker.

Sweet, floral, light smell. Straight taste is lightly spicy, lightly sweet. I feel like this is well rounded as a low profile whiskey that is approachable and non-assuming. Goes down easy. On ice it’s sweeter, smooth and just a nice solid pour.

Light and sweet smelling, lightly pungent. Nutty, oaky, sweet but not refined and not a smooth or great taste overall. On ice the taste subdues some but not overly great sipping. Much nuttier with ice. Just ok.

Smells sweet and full bodied. Very spicy, herbal and slightly sweet. On ice it’s lighter and easier to drink. Good solid rye, but not blown away by it.

Sweet, vanilla, light smell with a whiff of alcohol. Oaky, wood, small spice. Not fruity or sweet, but very good in the other areas of taste. No bite. A better Woodford Reserve and mellow on ice. Great on ice.

Sweet smelling, but alcohol flavor on the nose. Spicy, not a big bite. Herby, smooth and some sweetness, good amount of peanut butter. Much smoother than it smells. Good for sipping as it’s not a strong aftertaste. Good everyday sipper but not blown away. More earthy than sweet.

Little sweet, oaky and pungent smell. Smooth no bite. Sweet, oaky, mellow. On ice, hits all the notes. Great flavors, sweet, spicy, smooth and little to no bite. Fantastic bourbon.
