Reviewed May 2, 2020 (edited June 29, 2021)Not our first knee jerk choice but Montana is near & dear to our hearts... so, here it is: Nose = maple syrup right off the bat, light & honey. Palate = light, soggy cereal right away. Dissipates to a little grain on the finish. -
Another one we’ve added to the “team” after moving away from whiskey ignorance. I wouldn’t sip this frequently but still deserves a spot on the shelf. Nose = definitely ethanol right off the bat but followed up with a welcomed sweetness (caramel, vanilla) Palate = oily/buttery feel with a vanilla, oaky flavor
