Smokey but great notes of pear smoked meat (ham) salinity honey suckle

It’s okay

Compared to rabbit hole deringer. This feels thinner. Nose is cinnamon cherry and classic high west rye. It’s good and if I wasn’t comparing I’d really like it. The Deringer is way better. Finish is short and leaves you wondering what happened.

Nose: Honey raisins cherry chocolate something sweet on the end of the nose - caramel. Palate: soft sweet oak honey raisin Comes through. Lots of rich caramel Very delicious. Great texture. Finish is long dry sweet soft oak and lots of rich caramel.

Nose is caramel and oak Palate is caramel slight oak. Finish opens into apple. Feels thin and doesn’t last very long. Not complex. Great value

Nose is leather and oak. Palate is cinnamon caramel Orange peel honey raisin oak leather strong finish. Long finish. It’s good. Not a repeat buy though.
