Vanilla and oak nose. Creamy caramel and sweet fruits in the mouth. Finish is odd medicinal lingers for awhile with some tannins. Would be about a 3.5 stars but gave it a 4 based on price. Tried neat. So on an ice ball the vanilla shines and the creamy texture remains however the tannins and medicinal finish remains. Good bourbon overall but the finish is still off

Not a big fan of this one do not understand the rating here. Lots of alcohol on the nose some fruit with a hint of everything from wood to toffee. The taste is all over the place nothing to really note that goes into a mild burn and not much else. This was neat on ice ball it was thin and boring. Wish it would have been better but I will try in a few months and see if changes.

Love this!! Vanilla oak and leather on the nose. Sweet start on the palette that eases in from candied fruit and vanilla to oak. Nice burn on the finish with more hints of charred wood and caramel. Truly enjoy

Tried 2/7/2016 So as this 100 proof a hot start. Lots of oak tannins with caramel , toffee and vanilla. Nice medium finish with more vanilla and a nice burn. Enjoyable

Impressive. Nose is sweet vanilla cookie and baking spice with hints of leather and oak. Palette initially was where you get the proof of this hot initially but then softens nicely with vanilla, oak, toffe with an oily feel in the mouth. The finish is long with more oak but lots of baking spices come up with some licorice. Tasted neat will try with an ice ball next time as I think it will open up a lot.

Love this bourbon! Good starter for new drinkers but has enough of a flavor profile that keeps me coming back. Quick finishing but plenty of caramel and spice in the palate with a nice if a bit sweet nose.

Decent sipper either neat or ice ball. Just a good value with decent if subdued flavors. Great price to have around for all occasions

The bourbon here is a steal at the price point. Nose is interesting with some honey and fruit and even some cinnamon. Taste is similar but with more baking spices and honey. Finish is good with a mild burn, spicy and a hint of licorice. Good stuff

Classic. Just a solid whiskey that I decided I needed to try again. Still smooth and mellow with just a light burn with a 3 cubes of ice. Not a bourbon so not as rich in flavors but what is there is nice and slightly sweet. Quick finish that does not linger.
