Reviewed August 20, 2025Coming back to this a few months later and I’m enjoying more than my initial taste. I notice the Sherry cask much more this time with dark fruits on the nose and palate. Still lots of spice. Some honey and malt. -

Reviewed June 13, 2025Light malt and sherry on the nose. Complex. Malt and touch of smoke on the palate. Possibly a slight vegetal note. Some pepperiness and burn on the finish. Got a maple syrup note after adding a few drops of water.
