Cherry, oak, leather, and rock candy. Maybe a hint of grape? Anise and other spice. A bit of heat going down.

caramel and white sugar, herbal rye, and a rich oaky aftertaste. the small amount of wheat is also faintly noticeable and gives a mellow character. bardstown always does well, but fusion 7 is above average!

This is a single barrel, and they come in different proofs from different places. Purchased at Westport Wine and Whiskey in Louisville KY in 2021. Only 80 proof. Sweet creamed corn and mellow grain flavor, classic Dickel minerality, oak and more toasty oak finish. But a little watery. 3.5/5 ⭐

Oak, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, oak. I thought knob 12 was too oaky, but somehow this isn't..it's really quite delicious.

Fresh rye grain, herbal and minty, moderately sweet, clean. Decent but probably overpriced imo

Surprisingly good for coming from a can. Smooth and clean. Stone fruit. Toffee. A little earthy funk.

Bread, herbal, rye spice, wildflower honey. This is a big step up from batch 1 imo.
