Tastes

People are being a tad dramatic with the reviews. Better than standard well whiskeys, good for mixing. Drank neat and got ethanol, oak, and spice. Had hoped this would be better. Total Wine employee told me this tasted like Blanton’s... not even close.

Smooth. 94 proof but felt like it was less than 80. Brown sugar, pecans, oak. Quite good. Single Barrel selected by local liquor store.

Makes for the classic old fashioned.

Surprisingly good if you like maple syrup. Higher proof than other flavored whiskeys. Love it neat.
