Tastes

Nose: toasted walnuts and carmel drizzle over a campfire Flavor: rhe flavors smack you jn the face in the best kind of way. The flavors are very loud compares to orher high end bourbon but not without pleasant complexity. Its sweet pilloncillo with toasty wood (not necessarily oak but its hard to put my finger on) and anice. Higher heat. The longer you linger with it it layers on peaches abd cream. Finish: under current (wich is loud but relative to other flavors) learhery campfire smoke. Long lingering with heat and star anice and allspice.

Nose. Wonderfully complex from the start with Warm sugar and a citrus and ether overtone Flavor: continued warm buttery sugar vanilla and spice with with orange peel and guava. Medium heat. Finish: long burn finish lingers and twinkles with hints of anice and French herbs like thyme and tarragon.

Nose: light with warm Carmel and sugar and toasted nutmeg Initial flavors comes with some heat and a spicy cinnamon with under currents of woody leather Finish: long finish back to spice
