"Buttery, apple, biscuit, citrus".

Heavy apple nose. Also slight chocolate. Im not sure I would recognize this as Jameson, specifically. 43% may have been better. Good flavor. Certainly darker flavors. Suuuuupppperrrr mild smoke if you search. Worth keeping around.

Really only burnt coffee and dark chocolate. Sad day. Maybe as a mixer but even then I can think of better combinations.

Surprised by this. A little acetone but mellows out.

So complex. Unique. Nose: apricot, earthy, plumb. Not alcohol heavy. Taste: barrel strong, heavy. Wraps the tongue. Like it wants to be smokey but isnt actually.

Probably my go to 100 proof bourbon for bulk purchase. Just plain bourbon. Little spicy. It is a high rye but seems pretty high. Was able to find the chocolate finally. Water really draws out the maraschino cherry if that's your thing.

Kinda rough around the middle. Touch of water is good to decrease that bitter. Look for smarties on the nose. Cherry at the start. Barrel bitter middle - MB
