    Being a scotch from Islay, it's not heavily peaty although it sure is a good tasting scotch. Pleasant flavors linger on the palate.

    My favorite scotch period. So flavorful and enjoyable, it's simply wonderful. The smoke and peat flavors make it so worth while.

    Living in Colorado and like Ponderosa pines I wanted to give this a shot. I'm by no means a huge gin fan. I have only had this neat and diluted with a splash of water. Drinking it neat I found it very spicy and strong. Adding some water it became much more flavorful and mellow, definitely sippable. I have not had it with tonic yet.

    I bought this bottle due to the price, $24.99 and the 95 point rating it received. Once I got home I was disappointed to see the negative reviews it received, thinking that I wasted $25. I think it's okay...I've certainly had better but by no means is it terrible. It lacks serious flavor and a meaningful after taste. Immediately I made the association that this belongs to the B-team of bourbons. Certainly not a top performer but does an okay job. That said, I'm glad I gave it a try but would not buy it again
