Salty notes in Talisker 10's fashion, but not as compelling. The peat, while quite present in the finale, is not overwhelming. Potent blend overall, but for me, it dosen't match several single malts in the same price range.

That's a special one. Soft smoke and sea salt aromas. Reminds me of an evening walk on the East Coast. Cold wind blowing and the beach fire whirling.

Pretty much interchangeable with JW Red Label. Has the same herbal taste combined with a discrete smokey finish. Body is quite watery. Not a "steal" as many says, but not disappointing either.
