Tastes

Thick legs, and a pleasant floral malt smell. Initial palette is chocolate malt, with a nice spiciness, sweet, and a slight smokiness. Finish is nice and long, spicy and dry at the end. Very, very, nice.

Nose - Nice fruity nose, with some slight pungency and spice. Palette - nice mix of spiciness, fruit (apple and pear), and a hint of toasted almond. Just a little tartness to the initial taste. Finish - Nice long finish, more Carmel and vanilla, and slowly fading spice.

Vicky Nose - Prickly, honey, Palatte - solvent, Smokey and medicinal. Finish - medium finish Tim Thick legs Nose - Pungent (alcohol) , floral honeysuckle, little sulphuric, dries nose Palette - warm, Smokey, peaty, vanilla, charred wood. After adding water it opens up nicely and you get a little more floral vanilla honeysuckle. Finish - charred wood, nice finish, little suphur, little plastic. After water, a little tartness is evident.
