Great for cheaper whiskey. Def heavy on the spicy with peppery bite following you on the finish. Not smokey and mild body of sweeter fruit that is quite light overall, not a dark rich sweetness. Much smoother than expected but the nose seemed to suggest as much.

Darker sweetness evident with molasses, dark almost burnt caramel (but not bitter) and rounded by dark fruit sweetness like dried plum, raisins and figs. Clean finish with the sweet lingering on the tongue.

Sweet caramel, toffee that is balanced by peppery bite at the back end. Slightly harsh on the finish but the corn sweetness is amply evident in this one. Great burnout for the price.

Well balanced peaty smoke that presents itself more firmly on the finish. Initial impression of honey, cantaloupe and delicate sweetness that is on the surface and not deep. However the sweet on the palate balances and enhances the peaty and rich full finish this whiskey provides.

What a gem. Beautiful Marron red presenting itself as a whiskey with deep flavors. Clean, smooth and not even close to harsh. Sweetness of honey, cantaloupe, fig, plum. Some delicate floral notes dance in and out that really give this it's unique finish.

The essence of a nice sweet/fruity whiskey. Honey, raisin, dried prune balanced with some backbone of leather. Classic!!
