Really delicious and works well in cocktails as well as straight. Apricot, honey pear, red apple, dried fruit like raisin plum and fig. Nice spice of clove, cinnamon and anise. Drinks well and not clawing with sweetness.

Amazing on its own or with a cocktail. Pear with vanilla, caramel, maple, red apple, fig, raisin. Sweet but not clawing - like a nice floral honey. Subtle clove, anise give some backbone. Yum

Sweet spicy and ripe. Cinnamon, star anise, caramel and burnt orange rind come together with bruised cooked pears that a sweet but with some tartness still to find. Nice!
