Tastes

Very thin mouth feel to it. Slightly spicy but with nice smooth fruity and caramel notes. $33 with tax. Can’t complain.

I find it to be a tad oily. Smells like wet wood/oak. Get notes of mainly vanilla. Spicy at the end. Good whiskey for the price.

Smells like orange and banana. Not too sweet and smooth. Can taste the dried fruit (mostly banana in opinion). Nice finish. A good casual bottle for guests.

This is a lot of peoples go to, but im no fan. Smoky, woody, spicy and very oily. Not my thing. Cant taste any vanilla nor fruity notes. Smells like a burning sawmill.

A bit spicy at the end. Can taste caramel which gives it a tad sweetness. Very light. I think I’d go with regular Buffalo Trace though, not much on this whiskey.

Mild fruits like cherry at the beginning accompanied with vanilla. Spicy at the end. A tad oily which is not my favorite, but still a good bourbon nonetheless.
