Tastes

This is the best sipping Whiskey I've had yet. I can't imagine diluting it with anything. Gentlely warming the tounge as it rolls over it with spicey apple, cinnamon, and carmel notes. Then, a slooooow... smooooth... gentle burn all the way down. The flavors lingering well beyond what my novice pallet has experienced so far.

It starts off floral and fruity with a light spice. Then, moves towards a smokey oak. It has a smooth hint of honey finish. The oak finish lingers on the tongue afterward. My bourbon drinking buddies, who dislike peat heavy Scotch, love this and ask for more.
