Tastes

Inoffensive rye. Tasted clean and definitely left a thicker grain taste and feeling in the mouth. Smelled sweet and was easy drinking

Fairly sweet bourbon. Has some nice oak notes but not as spicy as other bourbons. Nice texture that isn't too oily. Nose is has caramel and wood. Finish is smooth and again lots of wood with some hints of vanilla.

Nose: Very sweet and vanilla. Palate: a little spicy up front but overall very smooth. There is floral notes with a sweetness that does not overpower. A hint of wood notes. The whisky is pretty lean on the mouth compared to the richer and fuller feeling Coffey Malt.

Very smooth whisky but needed to let it sit after pouring. Nose is a little spicy with some cinnamon. A lot of maple syrup smells Palate is a strong hit of sweet up front. After there is a slightly darker wood flavor that follows. Compared to the coffey grain, this is a richer whisky. Very good Japanese whisky.

Nose: stronger alcohol taste. Some pears and grapes with a bit of honey and wheat. Sweet to the smell Palate: smooth with some hints of apple and honey. Sweet and some taste of vanilla. Finish: oily with hits of oak

Very floral and sweet. Drinks easy and has a slight oily-ness to it.

Great Japanese whiskey to start. Affordable and has great floral taste
