Tastes

The nose is fruity and smells like bourbon, very typical notes of oak and cherry. The plate is a little thin but flavorful, some fruit notes come through. The finish is short with some oak, and pleasant. Overall this bourbon is very good for the proof point and age. I would defiantly not pay over retail for this, But I would say it is a must have for any bourbon drinker. I look to try a store pick and see what different notes I get. One of the best 10 yr aged products out there.

Very sweet on the nose, fruity, and baking spice. On the palate less sweat, still some fruit, a little rye spice, and finish with a nice oak note.
