Vanilla and oak are the first aromas I get on the nose. A faint honey and brown sugar are also present. On the front of the palate I get some green apples, drizzled with a honey brown sugar glaze. The mid palate bring baking spice, some peppery rye, and a touch of dry oak. The finish is short to medium with spice and just a touch of apple peal, all in all a good pour for the price. Even though this is sourced from Buffalo trace it taste more complex and full flavor to me. Good job Bowman brothers!!35.0 USD per BottleFine Wine & Good Spirits - Premium Collection

Heaven's Door Double Barrel Whiskey
Blended American Whiskey — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed April 15, 2022First impressions where a light easy to drink whiskey. After letting the bottle sit open about a month some new flavors have come out. On the. Nose I get charred oak and peanut, with a hint of vanilla. On the palate I get a fruity sweetness like apricot and brown sugar, then barrel char and spice come through. On the back end rye spice is the pronounced flavor and some Carmel comes through the finish is medium with a nice slow burn. All in all not to bad for the price like most whiskey it benefits from air in the bottle.50.0 USD per BottleFine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection -
Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed April 15, 2022 (edited September 2, 2022)This bourbon is very pale for being a double barreled product. I get hints of Vanilla, brown sugar, and oak, the predominant scent is Sherry reminds me of Scotch’s I have tried. On the front of the palate I get sweetness similar to sugar and then a little spice and oak. The Scotch vibe carries over to the palate and I get some dried fruit and candied ginger. The finish is short to medium with sweetness like a holiday cake and baking spices. This defiantly benefited from some time being open and some air, much better then when I first tried it.35.0 USD per BottleFine Wine and Good Spirits -
Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
Tennessee Whiskey — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed April 11, 2022 (edited November 12, 2022)The noise is banana and dry oak with some brown sugar. The palate falls flat, a little sweet up front, and then barrel char, very thin. The finish is minimal to short and nothing memorable, the best thing giving for this is it is a smooth whiskey. I wish they had a 100 proof version, would likely be much better.22.0 USD per BottleFine Wine and Good Spirits -
Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed April 11, 2022 (edited June 20, 2022)The noise on this one is vanilla and oak with some Carmel undertones, very pleasant. At the front of the palette there is sweetness and some baking spice with more Carmel coming through. The finish is short to medium with oak being the dominating flavor, there is some nice mouth coating. I think this is gonna be one of my new favorite sippers, and daily pours.40.0 USD per BottleFine Wine and Good Spirits -
On the noise vanilla and peanut with some Carmel. The palate has more nuttiness and baking spices not much sweetness. The finish is medium with oak and peanut shells. Drinks fairly smooth for a 107 proof. Not bad but not great, there are better bourbons in this price range.34.99 USD per BottleFine Wine & Good Spirits

Henry McKenna 10 Year Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 27, 2022 (edited April 14, 2022)I feel like this is another overly hyped bottle. The pour is good but nothing special. Honestly if it was a little cheaper I would be okay with the pour. On the nose vanilla, and honeysuckle are dominant. The palate is very floral with some astringent oak notes and barrel char. The finish is short to medium with more barrel char and grassy notes on the back end. I think it is a very subjective pour and could be really good or mediocre. Not my cup of tea so far maybe a better pour out there.49.99 USD per BottleFine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection -
Very solid for a rye and that is saying something for me. I get spearmint on the noise with some rye, anise, and baking spices. The palate is some toothpaste like taste, anise, and oak with baking spice. Finish is short to medium with oak and mint, not my favorite pour but for the price it makes a good Manhattan. I am still exploring ryes so I want to be as fair as possible.27.99 USD per BottleFine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection

1792 Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 27, 2022 (edited October 30, 2022)On the noise a lot is going on with this one. I get some fruitiness, but it’s quickly overtaken with fresh baked cinnamon raisin bread, and bubble gum. On the palate there is some sweetness up front like bubble gum that has been in your mouth for a while. Also some rye spice and vanilla in the mid palate with a very slight oak note on the end. Also a tart green apple at the end. Overall not a bad pour, but I think I like the small batch just a little bit more.39.0 USD per BottleFine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection
