strong vanilla and burnt wood notes, with a finish that has the tasty rye. There is a burn that is reminiscent of Irish whiskey, but overall warm and satisfying. not sweet.

Dry, but pleasantly so. Slightly vanilla at the start, with a nice apple/pear note at the finish. I wish it had been a touch sweeter, but good nonetheless.
