Tastes

Light with a very clover honey sweetness over an ethanol smell and a funky green evergreen note. On the palate it has more of the honey and the evergreen note with not much of the ethanol burn and a faint vanilla. Finish is short and smooth. It's triple distilled like an Irish Whiskey, and has some of the cleanliness of that style but feels a little young. Overall a valliant effort, but the evergreen note is off putting in this case and the interesting honeyed notes aren't enough to overcome it.

On the nose, caramel and sweet with notes of orange rind and orchard fruit with a faint wisps of flowers, sea salt and smoke. A little more subdued in the pallet mostly being caramel, but with more of the sea salt and orange rind. Finish is a little short, but not off putting. Overall it's a must try as it manages to successfully hit all of the notes that you can find in scotch for a very reasonable price.

Sugary and creamy vanilla with a floral hint of Golden delicious apple in the nose. On the palate it's not as sweet as the nose would lead you to believe with a heavy oak note. The body is light to medium and the finish is respectably long. Not a personal favorite, but good for it's type.

First honey and sweet, then has a big alcohol spike, finally finishing sweet and vegetative.

The first impression I got on the nose was musty leather, caramel and dark stone fruit. After about a minute, the leather softened and had a grassy note to it. The palate is pretty standard, but a bit sharp and spicy. A drop of water added honey crisp apple to the nose and brought out more sweetness in the palate. Definitely Unique

Light & creamy with chocolate and honey. Super smooth and easy to drink with only a little alcohol burn.

Smooth and easy drinking. I get sweet cherries and vanilla in the nose. Has a sweet flavor that is reminiscent of cream soda.
