The new kids on the block. This distillery just released their first bourbon this spring. I like this rye, no surprises on the flavor. Just a standard, good, rye.

Peanuts. Sweetness. I really like this bottle for the price point. Arguable my favorite in the low $20s.

I actually prefer the bottled in bond expression, but with that said this is still a very good bottle for the money. It's a Beam product, so that peanut flavor is there. The higher proof obviously brings more heat.

I won't refuse a shot, but everytime I drink this I think "meh". A weak flavor, but hey you're paying for what you get.

I'm honestly surprised this whiskey isn't rated lower. They use a process that's basically throwing the whiskey into a container with wood chips that's pressurized. It's supposed to reduce the aging process, which is a great idea, but this whiskey really doesn't taste "right" to me. I get a strong feeling of those red wood chips that they use for mulch, a chemical taste in there.

Not the strongest in the WT lineup. Still good. The biggest different is the mesquite that is used in the process. Wish it just brought on more of those flavors.

This is my favorite bourbon and for the price you really can't get much better than this. Nearly perfect, but it does bring the heat on the taste, rightfully so.

This uses the exact same mash bill as your standard BT. With that being said, somehow this is a much sweeter bourbon, which to me is fantastic. They must throw these barrels in a cooler place in the rick house because the difference between products is immediately felt.
