Nose of cinnamon, oak, cranberry, baking spice, hay, apple and a hint of vanilla. Taste of vanilla, baking spice, tart fruit, and apples and cinnamon. Sweet with a spiced and vanilla finish.

Honey, caramel, grain, vanilla, some oak. Lightly sweet, toasted taste. Good, but nothing special.

Nose of caramel, vanilla, oak, and corn, with the single malt barrel that they put it in after the initial new oak aging coming through nicely. Sweet, rich taste, oak, cherry, vanilla and a hint of spice.

Very light peat with caramel apples. Lightly sweet with barely a touch of peat on the palate. Smooth and very drinkable, just plain.

Sweet, potent aroma of maple syrup, baking spices, vanilla, rum, oak. Rich, sweet, spicy taste with vanilla, cinnamon and pepper.

Strong oak and char, vanilla, cherry, green apple, toasted caramel, maple syrup, a touch of soy sauce and some green herbs. On the palate toasty, woody, vanilla and caramel, with char, orange peel, more maple syrup, and cherry. Sweet dark cherry and charred wood finish.

Such a rich and full nose, with almost no heat. Caramel, apple, almond, hay, cocoa, creme brûlée, berries, oak, sherry. Tastes rich and sweet, vanilla, pepper, oak, caramel. Lovely.
