Haven't had anything to eat in 2 hours Color: Deep Amber Nose: Light and sweet Palette: Sweet, honey oatmeal, nice coating, cereal flavors lead. Finish: Medium Good for a colder month dram Top price to be paid: $24.99

After a few taste, I have decided that this is worthy of a higher rating. It is complex and packs a punch. I would classify this as a MUST TASTE for anyone that has the option. If you find a bottle for $49 or less... this should make the short list.

Put in oak 4/2008 Bottled 6/2016 Appearance: - Light in color, legs are slow but close together. This is a characteristic of lower proof. Nose: Light with strong corn note. Not too much going on here. Taste: Initially very light, almost watery. No standout initial flavor. Mid palate is le a peppermint. Quickly to a short finish. No Kentucky hug what so ever. Finish: Non-existent. Very short at least. I will buy 1 more bottle. It is a single barrel so maybe next will be improved. Maybe.
