Glassware: Glencairn Last meal: 4 hours ago, Zaxbys Color: Rich amber Nose: Sweet vanilla and rich honey. Palette: Oily and sweet. Slight cinnamon spice but mostly caramel and semisweet chocolate. Vanilla and oak lead the experience Finish: Short (6 seconds from swallow) Oatmeal and light cinnamon Value: Would consider buying again <$27

Tasted on St. Patrick's Day 2019 Glassware: Glencairn Last meal: 1 hour ago Rotisserie Chicken and potatoes Color: Light golden Very light on nose and palette. Nose: Refreshing fruits Palette: Slightly smoky with hints of apple and mint. Finish: Very Short with a little ethanol on tail end. Time from swallow till end of finish: 5 seconds. Would value at: $15 tops

Had a dram last night over a game of dominoes. Had some New Orleans jazz/zydeco playing... Everything was a great fit. I really enjoy this bourbon. Value: Worth up to $50 as of time of this tasting.

Glassware: Glencairn Last ate: 2 hours ago (steak) Color: Cherry/Amber Nose: Oak, Nutmeg, Cherry, Cinnamon, Clove Palette: Cinnamon and spicy. It's a 115 proof and proud of it. Wood has nutty aspect to it. Candied, burnt sugar. Spicy last throughout. Finish LAST FOREVER. You can walk your dog with this finish... or attend an undesirable meeting at work.. lol. Would buy again but would be more inclined with a 5 leading the price tag. If you know someone that likes spice.. this is their bourbon.

Had this 3x. Once at Poogan's Porch in Charleston, SC. Once at a tasting at the Maker's Mark distillery in Loretto, KY and then bought a bottle in Melbourne, FL. It's a great bourbon with enough going on to peak the interest of any whiskey drinker.
