Tastes

Sweet caramel on the nose, medium bodied, smooth all the way through. Rich flavour, clove, berry.

Vanilla on the nose, body on the lighter side, bit of heat up front and and stays through the sip. Sweet and spicy but the flavour falls flat a bit for me.

Low burn but shallow taste. Alcohol flavouring really comes though in an undesirable way.

Lots of heat, light bodied, great after taste.

Smooth, low heat, rich.

One of my favourites and great value for the money if you can get it on sale.

I’m a fan of rye and I wanted to like this but I can’t. It starts out with that sweet vanilla like rye flavouring but finishes harsh and shallow. Light bodied and hot through the middle and end. The heat doesn’t blend into the flavour. I give it to guests if they want to make a highball.

Rich and sweet with a bit of heat on the back end. Leaves a vanilla taste in the mouth.

Great value bottle, very drinkable.
