YUM holy moly so good

Reminds me a lot of Woodford

Nose: honestly smells like a rye but with a good bit of fruity notes Palate: a ton of molasses and oak. Minimally fruity. Finish: mild heat. Rye spice and even a little bit salty. Doesn’t necessarily linger. Overall, pretty good

This is utterly delicious Nose: corn and herbs with a good bit of brown sugar Palate: SO round and sweet with brown sugar and molasses with a quick vegetal/herbal finish. So flavorful and delicious. Finish: heat lingers obviously but the vegetal noted linger too with a good bit of brown sugar and a bit of tartness. SO good

Really good! Glad I found this unique bottle Nose: lots of brown sugar. Maybe a little fruity? Palate: brown sugar, molasses, hints of cinnamon spice, some fruity tartness at the back of the tongue. Good but if oak. Finish: obviously some heat from the proof but very welcome. Finishes fairly tart for a bourbon. Complex overall.

Really well balanced but sweet just isn’t my thing and the sherry really adds to the sweetness preventing it from being a 4.5.
