    👃: earthy and wheat notes with a hint of grape 👅: slightly acidic smoke notes with wood and char, and lightly metallic and oily 🏁: acidic and bitter, a fitting finish for the flavor This makes me think of wood shop - the smell of the wood and the oiled machines.

    👃: mostly smokey notes with just a hint of honey 👅: the honey notes come out more in the palate, followed by more smoke and just a hint of baking spices 🏁: the smoke lingers, but the finish is very smooth
