Reviewed August 28, 2023Nose: caramel, raisin, herbal, and oak notes Palette: warm, full, cinnamon, slightly oily Finish: spicy, tannic, and woody with a nice warmth I want to drink this on a cool fall evening. -
Nose: mostly alcohol, with subtle vanilla and wheat notes Palette: caramel at the front of the tongue, woody notes as it moves back through the mouth, along with some strong spiciness Finish: the spicy notes intensify and welcome a slight metallic taste, but leave with pleasant floral notes after the spice fades
