Weller Special Reserve Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 30, 2022 (edited March 10, 2022)This bourbon isn’t seen out in the wild often, and it’s a shame because it’s as tasty and smooth as bourbon 2-3 times it’s price. Being a big fan of wheated bourbons and wheat whiskeys, this was one I had to try with all the positive feedback circulating around it, and it delivered!40.0 USD per BottleFort Worth -
I’m amazed! Unlike other wheat whiskeys, this one is four grain mash bill (wheat, corn, barley and rye) and it’s truly unique. It’s more complex than other wheat whiskeys, having strong oak and cherry notes, but the smooth wheat profile of vanilla sweetness is there! Great neat or as an old fashioned, can’t go wrong with this on your shelf.32.0 USD per BottleFort Worth
