A bright and clean initial smokiness. Sweet and slightly salty, like a salted caramel chocolate bar, or a pralines & cream. Then a strong lingering citrus aftertaste with wisps of smoke. A very complex and rich whisky that's also somehow very light and refreshing, with a great mouth feel. An instant favorite!
