Sweet, slight dark chocolate cherry, heavy oaky notes don’t temper the dark fruit flavors. First time i had this it was not something I thought I’d ever buy again, tried again at a party was very surprised by the fantastic flavor for the value. Bought another bottle and it meets expectations, love the heavy mouthfeel, something and probably the biggest thing missing from the double double oaked. 4.15 for the experience, 4.75 for the value

Nothing special, a bit below expectations

(Score: 3.9) Batch CJ14, very nice, quite smooth for such high proof. Rum sweetness comes thru big time in a good way, medium long finish. Unfortunately this follwed a great Oola private barrel with drastically different flavor profile, maybe could rate .25-.4 better if tasted separately.

4.3, Slight cherry on the back end, warming in the best way.
