Nose : well balanced gentle sweetness. Some honey. Taste : apricot. General sweetness. Light peppery note. Finish : slowly fading sweetness. Some spice.

Nose: clearly peaty, but delicate. Fresh. Hint of citrus and tropical fruit. Very nice! Taste : more peaty than the nose indicated! Bit peppery and some coffee.
