Strong orange peel and caramel on the nose. Quite sweet on the palate and a little spicy. Kind of bland compared to the nose but by no mean unpleasant. Not much going on with the finish either, but again it does taste good overall. I'll try it again with a bit of water and see if that brings the flavour out a little more. It is a step up from other offerings at the same price point though. Will probably keep a bottle of this stocked for making mixed drinks.

Tastes very young with strong alcohol on the nose. Slightly sweet with a hint of maple on the palate. Reminds me of a white rum, and works quite as a mixer in those types of drinks, or with just a bit of maple syrup added to it neat. As a hobby maple syrup maker, I've always been curious of what a spirit made from 100% maple sap would taste like. Pleasantly surprised. I really hope they are aging some as I would love to try this after a few years in a barrel.

I was expecting a strong orange flavour but this was actually fairly subtle which was a nice surprise. The orange and citrus is certainly present though, almost like orange blossom water mixed with the classic Tanqueray juniper/herbal notes. Nicely balanced in my opinion. Made for a really great gin & tonic on this hot summer day.

Picked this up from my local distillery. Nose is oaky and sweet with hints of maple. Very smooth on the palate, caramel and spices. Decent finish with more oak and maple notes. Reminds me of Woodford Reserve but more complex and with a Canadian twist. Well worth the money and I'm now looking forward to trying their rye!60.0 CAD per Bottle

Strong peat and brine on the nose. A lot going on with this one in the palate. I get bacon, leather, sweetness and smoke on the palate. The finish keeps going with briney ocean waves, a lingering smoke and finally caramel apples. This is kind of blowing my mind right now as a relative newcomer to single malts.

Burnt caramel on the nose. Strong molasses initially and then banana on the palate. Sweet but not overly so. More molasses and burnt sugar with a little bit of leather and tobacco on the finish. Goes down really smooth on the rocks, and probably makes a pretty great dark and stormy.30.0 CAD per Bottle
